Dock were well on top in a hard fought first half at a cold and wet Plymyard Avenue, but with no recognised forwards available they struggled to find the back of the Beehive’s net. It wasn’t until half way through the second half that Dock’s luck changed when Beehive’s keeper fumbled a Mike McGraa corner and put the ball in his goal. Paul Lacy ghosted in at the back post to volley in the second, again, from Mike McGraa corner. Stand in striker Dave Mayes made it three in the final minutes. Final Score: Beehive 0 Dock 3.
