Things went from bad to worse for Dock in the quarter final of the Cheshire Sunday Challenge Cup this morning. After only 2 minutes into the game Dock needed to make their first substitution when midfield playmaker Mike McGraa fell awkwardly while taking a free kick. Dock did take the lead after 14 minutes when Gary Reay fed Mike Saunders who did well to push the ball past the keeper. Queens Park levelled the score just before half time through Andrew Bolton.

Dock did have a couple chances in the second half only to find Queens Park’s keeper Dominic Morgan in fine form. Queens took the lead midway through the second period of extra time with a breakaway goal from Lee Gibson. Final Score Dock 1-2 Queens Park.
