Mike McGraa opened the scoring for Dock after 44 minutes with a power driver from all of 7 yards, only to see Woodchurch’s Philip Hudson equalise on the hour mark with his teams first shot on target. Dock had plenty of chances to score in the second half but were unable to convert. Relief finally came Docks way on 88 minutes with the game heading for extra time, Gary Reay made the most of a mistake by a Woodchurch defender and expertly slid the ball past the keeper to seal the victory.
