Another case of not taking your chances for Dock as they went down 1-0 to Queens Park in the Houlihan’s Birkenhead Sunday League Premier Division at a windy and wet West Kirby. Dock were the better team for the majority of the game but conceded a Rob Courtney goal midway through the second half on the counter attack. Queens Park’s goalkeeper kept his team in the game by making 3 superb saves in the final half hour to make the final score: Queens Park 1-0 Dock.
