Dock 2-0 Crossflatts FC (FA Sunday Cup)
A goal in either half ensured Dock will be in the hat for tomorrow’s FA Sunday Cup Draw, but it could have been so different had Crossflatts FC taken their chances in a tightly fought contest at Ashville Sports Ground. Crossflatts had many opportunities to score but found Dock’s keeper, Paul Roberts, in inspirational form, on the one occasion they did beat the keeper the woodwork came to Dock’s rescue. Although Dock were under pressure for long periods they stood firm and deserved their win. On target for Dock were Gareth McEvoy and Mike Saunders.
