Dock finished their season with a 1-1 draw against Hoylake Athletic in a dull encounter at Levers Sports Ground. On target for Dock was Timmy Bigland who opened the scoring with a well taken effort, only to see the visitors’ equalise 20 minutes later. The point means Dock finished the season off in fourth place in the Houlihan’s Birkenhead Sunday League, Premier Division.
