Dock AFC Committee Members
Club Officials

Chairman - Bernie Skillen
Stalwart of the Club who has been there through the good, bad and indifferent times of the club’s history serving in all manner of different roles and capacities.

Secretary - Jeff Sheeran
Joined the club initially as a player in 1977. After an all too short lived playing career found his niche after joining the Club’s committee before being appointed Secretary in 1989 and has continued to fulfil that role ever since.

Treasurer - Shaun Byrne
Another former player who formed an integral part of the Club’s 1987-88 double winning team. Became a member of the club’s committee during the twilight of his playing career and has continued ever since. Never short of a word or two, has recently gone over to the dark side after qualifying as a referee.
Team Management

Manager - Jason Williams
Still has the occasional ‘red-mist’ moment which blighted his early playing career but has more than proved himself as, certainly, the Club’s, and arguably the League’s, most successful manager ever. Commands the respect of his players as someone who leads from the front

Assistant Manager - Jason Packenham
Another former player who has made an immense contribution to the most successful period in the club’s history. Tactically astute with good organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Player Coach - Mike Stephens
Oldest player currently registered with the Club. Great character in the dressing room who uses his vast experience to great effect particularly with the younger players. Good organiser who complements the management team perfectly and has also played a major role in the Club’s recent successes.
Other Committee Members

Mike Reay - First Aider
Popular member of the Club who became involved and gained the necessary first aid qualifications when the previous occupant of the role departed.

Chris Stading - Website Editor - FA Cup Envelopes
Performs an outstanding role in maintaining the Dock AFC website and also organising one of the fundamental cornerstones of the Club’s funding process.

Jean Reay - Weekly Draw - Spots
What can I say. An immensely popular character who would have a go at turning her hand to anything if required. Performs a fantastic job in organising the Weekly Draw and selling Spot the Ball cards on the line which are instrumental in keeping the Club afloat.

Mike McGraa - Players Rep
Performs an invaluable role as the link between the players and the Club’s Committee. Has quickly grown into the role by securing sponsorship deals and organising fund raising activities.
