Things went from bad to worse for Dock at Woodchurch CC against Stirrup in the Houlihan’s Premier League. The home team went ahead on 4 minutes through Jamie Jones; Gary Reay brought Dock level after good work from Keiran Fleetwood. Colin O,Hanlon had a couple of half chances to take the lead before Stirrup’s Carl Maughan made the most of a Paul Roberts mistake by closing him down and placing the ball in the back of the net. Gary Reay was unlucky not to score when he had a well taken volley superbly saved on the 90th minute mark.
