A Presentation and Race afternoon will take place in the Claughton Hotel after the Claughton friendly on Sunday 03-08-08. Start time will be 2 o’clock.
Dock’s New Pitch
Due to us not collecting all the FA Cup Envelope money in this year, we unfortunately can’t afford our usual pitch. However, the committee has worked extremely hard, and has secured the below facility for the forthcoming season.
We have also signed a number of new players who have one leg significantly longer than the other.
Pre-Season Training
Pre season training will start on Sunday 22nd June on the Astro pitches at The Joseph Paxton centre, Park Road North, Claughton, Birkenhead (The Old Park High Lower School). Training will start at 10:15am until 12:00 noon, and will be every week until the start of the pre season friendlies.

Dock 1-1 Hoylake Athletic – Houlihans BSFL Premier Division
Dock finished their season with a 1-1 draw against Hoylake Athletic in a dull encounter at Levers Sports Ground. On target for Dock was Timmy Bigland who opened the scoring with a well taken effort, only to see the visitors’ equalise 20 minutes later. The point means Dock finished the season off in 4th place in the Houlihan’s Birkenhead Sunday League, Premier Division.
