It started so bad for Dock as they went 1-0 down after only 3 minutes to a David Boules solo effort, but, Dock never gave up hope as they pushed for the equaliser and they were very unlucky not to draw level 8 minutes before the break when Bernie Homes evaded three challenges and got his shot on target only to see Brow’s keeper make a superb save. Dock finally got their just rewards on the 65th minute mark when Shaun Holmes did some excellent work on the left wing and supplied an outstanding cross which went over the keepers head and found its way into the back of the net via Darren McGuiness the back post. Darren also scored dock’s winner on the 75th minute after superb work by Mike Saunders and Gary Reay who went through Brows defence like they weren’t there and passed to Darren who made no mistake at the far post.
