For anyone who would like to celebrate Adam’s life with his family and friends, please be informed that Adam’s funeral will be held on Friday 27th March at 3.30pm in the South Chapel at Landican Crematorium then following on to Prenton Golf Club, Golf Links Road, Prenton.
Adam’s family are asking everyone to please wear something red xxx
No flowers please, but donations can be made on the day for The Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.
