One player from each side was sent off in this feisty Cheshire Cup tie in which neither team were able to score the decisive goal. Dock had the lion’s share of the spoils but found Brinnington Celtic’s goalkeeper in inspirational form catching or punching everything that came his way, the one time he was beaten the underside of the crossbar came to his rescue.
