Dock never recovered from going a goal down within the first five minutes and from then on were always chasing the game. Castrol Tessuti scored their second before half time and their third within 2 minutes of the re-start. Dock did pull a goal back through prolific goal scorer Gary Reay, but it was too little too late. Castrol completed the scoring with a break-away goal which left Dock with an impossible task. Final score Castrol Tessuti 4 Dock 1.
